Thank you for choosing Bhopal City Update ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We are Central India's trusted digital media community. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All content published on our official website or social handles (text, graphics, logos, layout) is the property of Bhopal City Update and is protected by Indian copyright laws. Upon full payment of services, clients are granted digital usage rights for their custom promotional deliverables.

Paid services are formalized through invoices. Payments follow agreed-upon milestones. Typically, a 50% commitment advance is required to schedule shoots, with the balance due upon handoff of finalized video/photo assets. Fees are exclusive of GST.

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Bhopal City Update and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
